Demanding fairness regardless of the response.

“As a southerner from Louisiana who loves this country, I refuse to accept slavery packaged as globalism. I fight for the American people who are fired, humiliated, and destroyed with my law degree, my big southern mouth and my bleeding heart. I try to protect foreigners from abuse and human rights violations inflicted upon them by the American lovers of money because the love of money is the root of all evil. I speak because I can’t unknow the truth.”

Gender Equality

Fighting for justice and fairness in employment and in life.

Gender discrimination has been very much publicized by the #MeToo movement which addresses sexual harassment. Equal pay for women remains a serious issue. Sara Blackwell takes the gender inequality beyond those issues and demands fairness in the office written and unwritten rules and in office politics. Women will never shatter the glass ceiling if they are still left behind in client development and “boys” club type meetings which generally only benefit male workers. When the discrimination is blatant and written, it should be immediately eradicated such is the demand to the Saints and the NFL.

Protect US Workers

Stop the Abuse of H1B & Other Foreign Worker Programs

Sara Blackwell has spent the past several years fighting for justice and fairness for American workers who have been pushed out of their careers because of greed and laws that do not protect the workers. She has fought against the use of “globalism” as a method for exploiting foreigners using foreigners as slaves because their country doesn’t protect them. Sara Blackwell also pushes for fair immigration reform that is better and fairer for Americans, America and the foreigners coming to this great nation.
